No catch. With our experience, most legal challenges or services clients require can be solved using our experienced staff and efficient in-house processes. We have elected to differentiate ourselves by charging (and advertising) our flat rate fees so that we are in a position to offer clients cost certainty. We find that being able to provide a clear path with defined costs not only helps to relieve any cost-related anxiety (commonplace whenever lawyers are involved!) but that it empowers prospective clients to shop around to find the firm that best fits their needs and budget.

Yes, of course! In addition to offering flat rate fees, we help calm clients’ anxiety by encouraging communication with us at any time. We recognize that legal needs are often accompanied by a natural uncertainty and desire to ask clarifying questions; we are transparent, want our clients to feel heard and to understand all progress made on their file.

Yes. We have offices in London, Burlington and Toronto (each with free client parking). If none of these locations are convenient for client meetings, we are open to making alternative arrangements outside of normal working hours/locations.
