state-of-the-art technology to provide Civil Litigation Services to our client base across the Province.
We’re growing and we would love you to grow with us! One of our long-time Associate Lawyers has
recently become a Partner in our Firm and we have also added a new Junior Associate Lawyer. We are
currently seeking an experienced Litigation Law Clerk to join our Firm’s Litigation Department and work
in London on a full-time basis. This position will be responsible for managing the Firm’s litigation
department and providing administrative and legal support pertaining to various litigation law matters
in our fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, organized
individual, committed to excellence, and dedicated to lifelong continuing professional development.

Scope of the Position:

  • Supervisory management duties for the Firm’s litigation department;
  • Litigation clerk responsibilities as required;
  • Develop, maintain and oversee databases, systems, policies and procedures in relation to your
    position.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Law clerk diploma, paralegal accreditation or equivalent in experience;
  • Minimum ten (10) years of litigation experience;
  • In depth knowledge of Superior Court & Civil Procedures;
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team leader, in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
