Our Firm has a well-established and growing client base and we are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Firm and work in our main head office in London on a full-time basis. This position will report to a Senior Partner lawyer in the Firm and will be responsible for working with the Partner and the other staff by providing administrative support services pertaining to various client matters. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, organized individual, committed to excellence, and dedicated to lifelong continuing professional development. 

Scope of the Position:

  • Executive Assistant responsibilities as required;
  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings and facilitating communication;
  • Act as a liaison between counsel and clients, maintaining professional communication;
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality;
  • Assist in the preparation for meetings;
  • Coordinate and organize firm events, client meetings, and seminars 

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or equivalent in experience;
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a law firm or legal or financial setting or other professional environment;
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills;
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team, prioritize tasks;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
